= The cross sections for ''pi N --> pi K Y'' =

We implemented the low energy cross sections for

$\pi N \to \pi K \Lambda$\quad,\qquad $\pi N \to \pi K \Sigma$
}}} 
in revision r2636 according to [attachment:XS_piN_piKY.pdf Kai Gallmeister's fits] to experimental data.

(The cross section ''pi N --> K Y'' was already correctly included. 
Due to the High Energy threshold we do not have to implement a cross section for ''pi N --> pi pi K Y''.)
