= The cross sections for \( \pi N \to \pi K Y \) =

We implemented the low energy cross sections for \( \pi N \to \pi K \Lambda \) and \( \pi N \to \pi K \Sigma \)
in revision r2636 according to [attachment:XS_piN_piKY.pdf fits] to experimental data. (The fits were done by Kai Gallmeister, the implementation was done by Oliver Buss.)

The cross section \( \pi N \to K Y \) was already correctly included. 
Due to the High Energy threshold we do not have to implement a cross section for \( \pi N \to \pi \pi K Y \).
